Requirements:
- Final year students or fresh graduates from bachelor's degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from reputable university.
- Good report-writing and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Have an interesst and basic skilled in financial modelling, market analysis, market research, projections, and valuations.
- Good knowledge of the capital market.
- Able to work from office in Jakarta Barat.
- Conducting research on financial data, manufacture business, investment, and M&A; especially related to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Assisting due diligence team on potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and other investment opportunities, and analysed financial data, and market trends to determine the feasibility and profitability of these opportunities.
- Research on rules and regulations, such as the Competition Law, Investment Law, and Capital Market Law, govern M&A activity.
- Assist in building a financial model for projection and valuation.
- Other tasks as assigned.
