Requirements:
- Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, through good report-writing and analytical skills
- It's a plus and advantage if you:
- Skilled in financial modelling
- Skilled in Market Analysis, Data, Market research, Projections, and Valuations
- Good knowledge of the capital market
- Placement: Jakarta Barat (Applicants from Jabodetabek area preferred)
- Conducting research on financial data, manufacture business, investment, and M&A; especially related to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Assisting due diligence team on potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and other investment opportunities, and analysed financial data, and market trends to determine the feasibility and profitability of these opportunities.
- Research on Rules and regulations, such as the Competition Law, Investment Law, and Capital Market Law, govern M&A activity.
- Assist in building a financial model for projection and valuation.
