- Final year students or fresh graduates from bachelor's degree majoring in Law with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from reputable university.
- Strong interest in Corporate Law, Financial Services, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Good legal research, analytical, and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
- Able to work from office in Jakarta Barat (preferred candidates from Jabodetabek areas).
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on laws, regulations, and OJK regulations relevant to the Company's business activities.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, Engagement Letters, and other legal documents.
- Assisting the Legal & Compliance team in monitoring regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Assisting in preparing and updating SOPs, internal policies, compliance checklists, and regulatory documentation.
- Supporting legal and compliance activities, including risk identification and mitigation.
- Other legal and compliance-related tasks as assigned.
