Wiljadi is the Founder and Managing Partner
of Protemus Capital. Based in Jakarta, he
leads the firm by delivering new
perspectives that will transform the way we
view business values.
Willy, as he is known, has more than 25 years
of experience in the Corporate Finance and
Transaction Support which focuses on
Restructuring, Enhancement, and Exit Strategy,
which includes M&A.
Prior to establishing Protemus Capital, he started his career at Grant Thornton and became one of the South East Asia Regional Leaders of Recovery and Reorganization. After that, he joined RSM, and while working there, he became one of the Asia Pacific Regional Corporate Finance Strategy Team.
Willy is often entrusted to lead a number of transactions in Southeast Asia and Cross Border Deals with values ranging from US$30 million to more than US$100 million in various sectors such as oil and gas, banking, IT, manufacturing, e-commerce, and many more.
