REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CFA or CFA candidate would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate opportunities, and assist in decision-making
  • Expertise in Finance, including financial modeling, financial analysis, understanding of corporate finance principle, and valuation skills to estimate the value of businesses
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Placement: Kembangan, Jakarta Barat (preffered candidate from Jabodetabek area)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support senior team members in the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, and deal documentation.
  • Conduct industry and company research to identify market trends, potential targets, and strategic opportunities for clients.
  • Prepare financial models and perform valuation analyses using various methodologies.
  • Assist in drafting pitch books, proposals, and transaction materials for client meetings and internal discussions.
  • Contribute to due diligence processes by collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and insights that summarize findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects.
