As a Data Analytics Intern, you will support the advisory team to help drive business decisions. This role provides hands-on experience in transforming raw data into meaningful insights and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Transform raw data into structured databases and spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
- Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, patterns, outliers, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare dashboards, tables, charts, and summaries to support internal reporting and management presentations.
- Support regular and ad-hoc data analysis tasks as required by the team.

Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large, messy, and incomplete datasets.
- Strong understanding of data cleaning, data structuring, and data validation processes.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with SQL or relational databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to communicate data findings clearly in tables, charts, or short summaries.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently with team guidance.
- Available to work from office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat.
