We are looking for an energetic and communicative Business Development Executive to reach and manage relationships with clients, partners, and our global network, while also supporting the company’s marketing strategies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, and creatively promoting a brand — both offline and online.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to identify and approach potential partners, clients, or investors
Build and maintain strong professional relationships by establishing credibility and trust with external stakeholders
Actively engage prospects, understand their needs, and facilitate their entry into the business ecosystem
Once relationships are established, coordinate and hand over qualified opportunities to internal teams
Represent the company professionally on both buy-side and sell-side engagements
Serve as a trusted liaison between external parties and internal stakeholders
Prepare progress reports and update the prospect pipeline.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct case studies and evaluate business opportunities
Comfortable working with data, insights, and structured business analysis
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Communication, Public Relations, Management, or Business)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development; experience in financial institutions, consulting, or other client-facing roles is a strong advantage
Placement: Kembangan, West Jakarta (candidates based in the Jabodetabek area are preferred)
