Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in investment banking, corporate finance advisory, transaction services, or equity/investment research (sell-side experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable local university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to prepare professional pitch materials and transaction documents.
  • Solid report-writing and communication skills, with the ability to present analyses clearly and concisely.
  • Good understanding of capital markets, M&A processes, and corporate finance principles.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, FMVA, CFM, or related certifications in Corporate Finance are an advantage.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multi-tasking environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Placement: West Jakarta (candidates domiciled in the Jabodetabek area are preferred).

Job Description

  • Support sell-side M&A transactions, including preparation and execution of mandates such as divestments, fundraisings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and supporting materials for transactions.
  • Develop transaction documents, including pitch books, information memorandums (IM), teaser materials, and management presentations.
  • Assist in coordinating due diligence processes with clients, potential investors/buyers, and external advisors.
  • Conduct industry, market, and company research to support deal positioning and marketing.
  • Support negotiation processes and transaction execution under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
