Requirement:
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in equity or investment research (buy-side)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable local university with minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale)
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and have strong analytical and report-writing skills
  •  Have experienced in financial modelling, including market analysis, data analysis, market research, financial projections, and valuation.
  • Good understanding of capital markets is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA/FMVA/CFM or related certifications in Corporate Finance are an advantage.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging, and multi-tasking environment.
  • Highly motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic, and self-driven.
  • Placement: West Jakarta (candidates domiciled in the Jabodetabek area are preferred)

Job Description:
  • Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and other investment opportunities by analyzing financial data, business performance, and market trends to assess feasibility and profitability.
  • Perform financial analysis related to manufacturing businesses, investments, and M&A transactions, particularly in evaluating potential investment opportunities.
  • Conduct financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Assist in reviewing and understanding relevant rules and regulations governing M&A activities, including Competition Law, Investment Law, and Capital Market regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed on schedule and in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
