Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Branding, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Other Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Indonesian SME landscape is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and COO to attract potential issuers.
- Lay the foundation for a full-fledged marketing department.
- Strategy Development:
- Work with the CEO, CFO, and COO to create and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with Prodana’s growth goals.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential SME issuers and investors through creative campaigns and targeted outreach.
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing).
- Manage website content, analytics, and online presence.
- Content Creation:
- Create engaging and informative content (blogs, case studies, newsletters) that highlights Prodana’s value proposition and services.
- Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to identify opportunities for growth and improve Prodana’s market positioning.
- Data-Driven Decisions:
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum return on marketing investment.
