Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Branding, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
    • Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with the Indonesian SME landscape is a plus.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Major Roles:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns and brand-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and COO to attract potential issuers.
  • Lay the foundation for a full-fledged marketing department.
Detailed Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development:
    • Work with the CEO, CFO, and COO to create and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with Prodana’s growth goals.
  2. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and engage potential SME issuers and investors through creative campaigns and targeted outreach.
  3. Digital Marketing:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing).
    • Manage website content, analytics, and online presence.
  4. Content Creation:
    • Create engaging and informative content (blogs, case studies, newsletters) that highlights Prodana’s value proposition and services.
  5. Collaborate Across Teams:
    • Work closely with the CEO and other executives to identify opportunities for growth and improve Prodana’s market positioning.
  6. Data-Driven Decisions:
    • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum return on marketing investment.
