Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on financial data, manufacturing businesses, investment opportunities, and crowdfunding, with a focus on evaluating potential investment opportunities within the platform.
- Assisting the due diligence team in evaluating potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and other investment opportunities by analyzing financial data and market trends to assess feasibility and profitability.
- Researching relevant regulations and laws, such as the Competition Law, Investment Law, and Capital Market Law, to support compliance and informed decision-making.
- Assist in building a financial model for projection and valuation
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, through good report-writing and analytical skills
- It’s a plus and advantage if you:
- Skilled in financial modelling
- Skilled in Market Analysis, Data, Market research, Projections, and Valuations
- Good knowledge of the capital market
